Restrictions
- You must be at least 16 years old to Drive an ATV.
- If you are younger than 18 years old, you need a parent to sign for you.
- Any passenger needs to be at least 7 years old to ride an ATV.
Additional Details
- Optional Collision Insurance
- Per Vehicle Single ATV: $25 USD - Pay at time of Arrival.
- Double ATV: $35 USD - Pay at time of Arrival. If the optional insurance is not purchased, a Visa or Master Card would need to be left as an open voucher in the event of any damage.
- Transportation
- NOTE: If you book your ATV tour less than 12 hours before the start of the tour, we may not be able to provide transportation and you must arrive at the location on your own. Please call us to confirm that we are able to pick you up.
- We will email/contact you regarding the pickup time. The Pick up time is normally 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start of your ATV tour, depending on your location.
- Pay Deposit To Reserve
- Pay Balance in Full at Time of Arrival. Balance can be paid with Credit Card/Dollars/Pesos.

FAQs about Cabo San Lucas ATV Tour - Beach & Dunes
All cancellations of your ATV tour made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Any cancellations of your ATV tour made 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. All cancellations of your ATV tour must be emailed to info@funcabo.com. Any cancellation for an ATV tour under 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded. No shows are also non-refundable.
In the rare event that it is not safe to do the ATV tour, a full refund will be given.
We are unable to issue a refund for a no-show to your ATV tour under any circumstances.
If you are late for your ATV tour pick-up time and the driver leaves without you, we are unable to refund, however we will do all in our effort to accommodate you at the next tour available, this will have an extra $20 USD charge per person for re-booking.
You can change any of our ATV tours 24 hours or more before the tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty. All changes are subject to availability.
Cactus Kids Club is available for babies 6 months to 12 years old and offers specific activities for each age, such as cake and cookie decorating, ceramic painting, board games, ipads, video games (Xbox), movie theater, nap area and much more. Our babysitters are fully trained and certified in CPR
Not at all. We provide the round trip transportation to your ATV tour in Cabo San Lucas. All our vans are brand-new and each of them fit 14 passengers. We also have a Minibus that fits 28 passengers. We will email you with the time of your pickup.
Yes, the ATV tour does not cover any alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, photos and gratuity. You need to bring cash, there are no ATMs nearby.
