- Departure Time
- We recommend the earliest start possible for your tour as historically there are stronger winds early in the afternoon. Due to this, there are times when we can’t reach the arch, only Pelican Rock. Also, because the arch is the most well-known landmark in Cabos, there’s a high number of visitors, and it’s even more crowded in the afternoons.

Cancellation Policy – Private Arch Tour in Cabo San Lucas All cancellations of your Private Arch Tour in Cabo San Lucas made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations must be submitted via email to info@funcabo.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, and no-shows will be charged the full price. In the event of bad weather, we will do our best to reschedule your tour for another available date. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
Your Safety Is Our Priority In the event that weather conditions are not favorable for your Arch Tour in Cabo San Lucas—such as strong winds, high waves, or a tropical storm—we prioritize your safety above all. In such cases, we will offer the option to reschedule your tour for another available date or provide a full refund.
We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
Yes, our Arch tour activities include transportation, within the center and hotel zone of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The hotels that do not include transportation because they are outside the city center are Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho Cabo San Lucas, Four Seasons, El Encanto de la Laguna. We can pick you up at our meeting point at the Oxxo in Plaza Gali which is located in front of the Sandos Finisterra hotel in Cabo San Lucas. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico.
Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time. We will let you know your pick up time after you've placed a reservation.
Please note that our Private Arch Tour activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities available. However, you may safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation vehicle during the tour.

In certain situations, we may need to change the tour location, reschedule, or cancel the activity altogether. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a 100% refund. You will be informed of all available options, and the decision will be yours to make. Factors that may lead to changes include rain, high swells, strong winds, or the presence of jellyfish.
No, all transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the Arch tour price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
