All cancellations of your Guided Snorkel tour in Cabo San Lucas made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. All cancellations must be emailed to info@funcabo.com. Any cancellation under 48 hours in advance cannot be refunded. No-shows will be charged the full price. In case of bad weather, we will do our best to offer another available date for your tour! If it’s not possible to reschedule, the money will be refunded in full.

We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.

We recommend the 9 am schedule for your Guided Snorkel Tour, in the mornings there is less wind and fewer waves, so the conditions are usually more favorable.

Yes, our Guided Snorkel activities include transportation, within the center and hotel zone of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. The hotels that do not include transportation because they are outside the city center are Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho Cabo San Lucas, Four Seasons, El Encanto de la Laguna. We can pick you up at our meeting point at the Oxxo in Plaza Gali which is located in front of the Sandos Finisterra hotel in Cabo San Lucas. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico.

Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time. We will let you know your pick up time after you've placed a reservation.

Our Guided Snorkel activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.

As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our Guided Snorkel tour day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind and jellyfish.

No, all transfers are complementary and optional, therefore our Guided Snorkel price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
