All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@funcabo.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full price. In the event of adverse weather conditions in Cabo San Lucas, we will make every effort to reschedule your tour for another available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Yes, Our Paddle Boarding and Snorkel activities include complimentary transportation within the downtown and hotel zones of San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Please note that transportation is not available for hotels located outside the main city area. This includes: Hard Rock, Nobu, Diamante, Rancho Cabo San Lucas, Four Seasons, and El Encanto de la Laguna. Our Paddle Boarding and Snorkel activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day of Paddle Boarding and Snorkel tour, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind and jellyfish.
