In the event of bad weather conditions in Cabo San Lucas, we will do our best to offer an alternative available date for your tour. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

Please note that transportation is not available for hotels located outside the main city area. Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or accommodation. Pick-ups typically begin approximately 1.5 hours before your scheduled activity time. You will receive your exact pick-up time after your reservation has been confirmed.
Our Paddle Boarding and Snorkel activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our Paddle Boarding and Snorkel tour day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind and jellyfish.
