- You must be at least 16 years old to Drive a Side by Side. If you are younger than 18 years old, you need a parent to sign for you
- Any passenger needs to be at least 5 years old.
- Minimum age for the Kids Club - babies 6 months to 12 years old

- Side By Side/Wildcat Sport: $45 USD - Pay at time of Arrival (For Drivers under 18 years old Insurance is Mandatory).
- NOTE: If the optional insurance is not purchased, a Visa or Master Card would need to be left as an open voucher in the event of any damage.
- Transportation
- If you book your tour less than 12 hours before the start of the tour, we may not be able to provide transportation and you must arrive at the location on your own. Please call us to confirm that we are able to pick you up.
- We will email/contact you regarding the pickup time. The Pick up time is normally 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start of your tour, depending on your location.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Side by Side Tour in Cabo San Lucas: - All cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the Side by Side tour in Cabo San Lucas will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of the Side by Side tour in Cabo San Lucas will receive a 50% refund. - All cancellations must be emailed to info@funcabo.com. - Any cancellation made under 24 hours in advance of the Side by Side tour in Cabo San Lucas cannot be refunded. - No-shows are also non-refundable.
In the rare event that it is not safe to conduct your Side by Side tour in Cabo San Lucas, a full refund will be given
We are unable to issue a refund for a no-show to your Side by Side Tour in Cabo San Lucas under any circumstances.
If you are late for your Side by Side tour pick-up time in Cabo San Lucas and the driver leaves without you, we are unable to refund. However, we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available tour, which will incur an additional $20 USD charge per person for re-booking.
You can change any of our Side by Side tours in Cabo San Lucas 24 hours or more before the tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty. All changes are subject to availability.
We are unable to issue a refund after a Side by Side tour in Cabo San Lucas is completed under any circumstances.
Not at all. We provide the round trip transportation to your Side by Side Tour in Cabo San Lucas. All our vans are brand-new and each of them fit 14 passengers. We also have a Minibus that fits 28 passengers. We will email you with the time of your pickup.
Cactus Kids Club is available for babies 6 months to 12 years old and offers specific activities for each age, such as cake and cookie decorating, ceramic painting, board games, ipads, video games (Xbox), movie theater, nap area and much more. Our babysitters are fully trained and certified in CPR
Yes, the Side by Side tour in Cabo San Lucas does not cover any alcoholic drinks, souvenirs, photos and gratuity. You need to bring cash, there are no ATMs nearby.
